SARA was opened in April of 2017 as a recovery house for women who are struggling with addiction and alcoholism. We started with only one house with our primary purpose to assist women in starting over and living clean and sober life.

SARA provides a pathway from addiction to recovery. In our house, we provide recovering addicts with the tools to face life on life’s terms and to become a contributing and productive member of society.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become the leader in women’s addiction recovery by empowering the mothers, daughters, and sisters that are shaping the next generation.

Our Model

The majority of our funds come from program income & foundations.  All residents are required to pay $175/week with a $100 admission fee.

Random drug testing, performed by our onsite 24-hour management, is part of our program. One of the requirements is to be employed or to be actively seeking employment. All women are required to sign in and out and provide information as to where they are going and when they will return. Residents are responsible for daily chores and must attend all weekly house meetings.
